Ah yes… the day we turn culinary crimes into edible triumphs.
Some people meal-prep on Tuesdays.
You?
You stare lovingly at the jar of sourdough discard that smells a little weird but in a good way, and whisper:
“Let’s cause problems.”
Today’s creation is a snack fit for a feral little forest creature:
CHAOTIC DISCARD PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Ingredients
120 g sourdough discard
1 cup peanut butter
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips (if your heart says yes)
Instructions
Mix everything in one bowl like the disaster wizard you are.
Scoop onto a tray.
Smash with a fork for that authentic peanut-butter cookie aesthetic.
Bake 350°F for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
Eat too many.
Regret nothing.
