Ingredients

1 cup ginger tea or ginger juice

1–2 tbsp honey

OPTIONAL: pinch of turmeric or cayenne

2–3 tbsp ginger bug

Directions

  1. Brew strong ginger tea. Cool it — hot tea cooks the magic.
  2. Stir in honey + spice of choice.
  3. Add ginger bug.
  4. Ferment 24–48 hrs.

Witch’s Apple Cider Fizz

1 cup apple cider or apple juice

1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup

Cinnamon stick (optional, but dreamy)

2–3 tbsp ginger bug

Directions

  3. Ferment 24–48 hrs.
